The subscription is a fantastic option that locks in the product discount on all your future  subscription orders as well as gives you a peace of mind, never requiring the need to log in and order pet food again. You simply select your product, select the frequency you want the product delivered and we’ll handle the rest. No need to make future orders.

By choosing to subscribe to a product you can save up to 10% of every order you make, depending on your delivery schedule. The more often your product delivers the cheaper it is.

Never worry about buying your pet food again.

Once you sign up for your pet's food subscription you never have to go the the pet store again. We will delivery to your door your pet's food every week/month so you don't have to.

Easy to cancel

You can cancel any subscription you have with us by simply calling us on (03) 5281 1776 and our team will help you out. Note subscriptions have a minimum frequency of 3 periods before they can be cancelled.

One contributing factor to our exceptional quality is that, when possible, we will deliver direct using our own vans straight to your door.

How do I sign up for a subscription?

Every product on the Minibeasts website has a subscription option. To create a subscription from a product complete the following steps below.

  1. Choose your packaging option using the first dropdown box.
  2. Select the option for ‘Subscribe and save up to 10%’ 
  3. Select the delivery frequency in the second dropdown box.  
  4. Choose the quantity of product and then click the ‘sign up now’ button. Then you can either add more products/subscriptions to your cart using the same method, or complete your order via the checkout page as per normal.

Frequently Asked Questions On Subscriptions

To cancel a subscription simply call us on (03) 5281 1776 between 9-5 on week days and our member of our team can help cancel your subscription. 

Note, subscriptions have a minimum frequency of 3 periods before they can be cancelled.

If you have cancelled your subscription you will have to find the product on our shop page and create a new subscription.

Yes you can change a shipping address on an active subscription.

Simply visit the accounts page, address area by clicking on this link

To view order information on your subscription/s visit the account page and click on the orders option.

Here you can view all of the orders that have been processed as part of your subscription.

Yes, we can supply outside of Victoria using couriers or the postal service. Please note however that if using this option we cannot guarantee our products
