To cancel a subscription go to your accounts page and click on the ‘Subscriptions’.

If you have more then one subscription you can view the information for each.

Otherwise if you just have one subscription find the order and click ‘view‘. One the next page under the ‘actions‘ click on the button ‘cancel‘.

Once cancelled the subscriptions status will change to pending cancellation. This means that existing purchased orders will be delivered however no future orders will be generated.

Once the subscriptions monthly or weekly period has expired the subscriptions status will change to cancelled.

Yes, cancelled orders can be reactivated at the rate and frequency they were initially made at.

To reactivate the order visit the accounts page, go to the subscriptions option, click the ‘view‘ button the subscription and then click ‘reactivate’

Yes you can change a shipping address on an active subscription.

Simply visit the accounts page, address area by clicking on this linkĀ

To add products to an existing go to the product page of the product you wish to purchase. Then select the subscription frequency.

Then check the box ‘Add to an existing subscription?‘ and find the existing subscription you wish to add to and click it.

Then simply proceed to the checkout and complete the purchase.

To view order information on your subscription/s visit the account page and click on the orders option.

Here you can view all of the orders that have been processed as part of your subscription.

Unfortunately no, we only ship to residents and businesses within Victoria, Australia.

All products purchased as part of a subscription are delivered to the following locations on the following times.

  • Barwon South WestĀ (Geelong, Surfcoast, Queenscliff, Colac Otway, Warrnambool, Corangamite)
    Weekly subscription products deliver on Mondays.
    Monthly subscription products deliver on the 1st Monday of the month.
  • Loddon MalleeĀ (ā€¦)
    Weekly subscription products delivery on Tuesdays.
    Monthly subscription products deliver on the 1st Tuesday of the month.
  • GrampiansĀ (Arat, Ballarat, Moorabool, Golden Plains, Horsham)
    Weekly subscription products deliver on Tuesdays.
    Monthly subscription products deliver on the 1st Tuesday of the month.
  • MelbourneĀ (ā€¦)
    Weekly subscription products deliver on Wednesdays.
    Monthly subscription products deliver on the 1st Wednesday of the month.
  • HumeĀ (ā€¦)
    Weekly subscription products deliver on Thursdays.
    Monthly subscription products deliver on the 1st Thursday of the month.
  • GippslandĀ (ā€¦)
    Weekly subscription products deliver on Fridays.
    Monthly subscription products deliver on the 1st Friday of the month.
